Qualification Requirements:

·         College Graduate

·         Regular employee and 6 months regular status

·         Minimum Gross Salary

o   Single        - Php 10,000.00 (Metro Manila) / Php 7,000.00 (Province)

o   Married    - (Combined income with Spouse)

                    Php 15,000.00 (Metro Manila)

Documentary Requirements:

·         Photocopy of latest one (1) month pay slip

·         Original Certificate of Employment (COE)

·         Company ID

·         Basic Documentary Requirements
