ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

·         Original copy of OR/CR upon release, photocopy upon application

·         Latest picture of truck attached upon submission of application

·         Stencil of Motor No. and Chassis No. from LTO upon application

·         Original CTC (Cedula) and TIN with proof

·         Usual requirements apply if the borrower is employed, with business, seaman allottee, OFW/beneficiary or doctor

·         Basic Documentary requirements
