·         Original copy of OR/CR upon release, photocopy upon application

·         Stencil of Motor No. and Chassis No. from LTO

·         Inspection fee receipt (from LTO) upon release of loan

·         Original CTC (cedula), TIN number and latest picture of vehicle

·         LTFRB Franchise

·         Latest picture of vehicle upon application

·         Usual requirements apply if the borrower is employed, with business, seamen/allottee, OFW/beneficiary or Doctor
