QUALIFICATION:

·         Business is operating for at least two (2) years

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

·         Business Permit – Mayor’s Permit or Barangay Permit

·         DTI Certificate (if applicable)

·         For Partnership or Corporation

o   SEC Registration

o   Articles of Incorporation

o   Board Resolution to Borrow and Secretary Certificate for authorization to borrow (to be submitted prior to release of the loan)

·         Latest Bank Statement for 2 to 3 months (if applicable)

·         Basic Documentary Requirements

LOANABLE AMOUNT                                          : Php 15,000.00 – 300,000.00 INTEREST RATE                                                    : 4 % add-on per month (ADD-ON) TERMS OF PAYMENT                                          : 6 – 9 months CHARGES         Processing fee                                              : 5 % of the amount financed         Documentary stamps                                  : depends on the amount financed         Loan Redemption Insurance                      : depends on the amount financed         Notarial Fee                                                   : Php 200.00
